Frequently asked questions
Can I use the video in paid ads?
Yes. You can post and boost it on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Google. The music we pick comes from a royalty-free library cleared for commercial use; if you add your own, you need to hold the rights.
Will the AI distort my logo?
No. We place your real logo and copy in the first and last frame of every shot; Seedance animates between them without redrawing them.
What if I don't like the video?
Change a line and we only redo that shot, or start again with another style. If a render fails on our side, your credits are refunded automatically.
Can I use my own music?
Yes: upload an audio file, a video whose sound we keep, or paste a direct link to a file. You confirm you're allowed to use it in advertising. Otherwise we pick royalty-free music for you.
How do credits work?
Each ad uses credits depending on its length, quality and options. Subscription credits last two months; top-ups never expire.
Why does the video say it's AI-made?
Since August 2026, the EU AI Act requires realistic AI-generated content to be disclosed. The file carries this label; add "made with AI" to your post.
